About Tara
Tara is a registered psychologist and Neurodiversity-affirming advocate. She specialises in professional development for schools, early education settings, and workplaces seeking to foster inclusive and supportive environments. She also offers individual therapy for adolescents and adults via telehealth at Regain Psychology.
With over 15 years of experience across government, private practice, and education, Tara delivers engaging, hands-on training designed to inspire and drive meaningful change. She translates evidence-based concepts into practical strategies that can be applied across diverse educational and workplace settings.
Outside of work, Tara enjoys spending time with her family on their property in country Queensland. She loves practicing silks and lyra (hoop), and exploring new places.
