Tara Armstrong

I’m Tara Armstrong. I’m an Educational and Developmental Psychologist and I live and work on Gubbi Gubbi land (Gympie, QLD).

I specialise in Neurodiverse Affirming Professional Development for Schools and Childcare Centres. With a Master’s degree in Educational & Developmental Psychology and over 15 years of experience working with children and families, I offer a wealth of knowledge that empowers educators to create inclusive and supportive learning environments.

I aim to equip Educators with tools and strategies to effectively understand and meet the needs of their Neurodivergent learners. Through engaging workshops, I provide valuable insights and practical approaches to foster inclusive environments which can benefit all students. I draw from my background in Guidance Counselling as well as working in Private Practice, Child Protection and community organisations. I combine my own experiences with evidence-based strategies to enhance support for your students. I don’t just talk the talk; I walk the walk.
